Correction and Retraction Policy

Jurnal Ilmiah Keperawatan Altruistik is committed to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the scholarly record. Corrections or retractions will be issued when significant errors or ethical concerns are identified in published articles.

Corrections : Minor errors that do not affect the validity or main conclusions of an article may be corrected through a formal correction notice. The notice will clearly identify the changes and be linked to the original article.

*Retractions:* An article may be retracted if there is clear evidence of serious research misconduct, plagiarism, data fabrication or falsification, duplicate publication, or substantial errors that invalidate its findings or conclusions.

All correction and retraction decisions are made by the editorial team following a fair and objective assessment of the available evidence. Authors will normally be given an opportunity to respond to the concerns raised. When necessary, the journal may consult relevant institutions or research ethics committees.

Retraction notices will explain the reasons for retraction and remain publicly accessible. The original article will be clearly marked as retracted to ensure transparency and preserve the integrity of the scholarly record.

These procedures are implemented in accordance with established publication ethics standards and applicable guidelines.
