Korelasi Antara Intensitas Nyeri dan Saturasi Oksigen pada Pasien Pasca Tindakan Pembedahan

Nyeri pascaoperasi masih menjadi masalah klinis yang sering dijumpai dan berdampak pada kualitas pemulihan pasien, termasuk terhadap fungsi fisiologis seperti status oksigenasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antara tingkat nyeri dan kadar saturasi oksigen pada pasien pascaoperatif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan desain potong lintang (cross-sectional) pada 208 pasien pascabedah di salah satu rumah sakit swasta di Jawa Timur. Data diperoleh secara retrospektif melalui rekam medis, meliputi karakteristik pasien, tingkat nyeri berdasarkan Numeric Rating Scale (NRS), dan kadar saturasi oksigen yang diukur dengan pulse oximeter. Analisis bivariat dilakukan menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pasien (74%) mengalami nyeri berat, dan hampir setengah dari mereka (49,5%) memiliki kadar saturasi oksigen di bawah nilai normal. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara intensitas nyeri dan saturasi oksigen (p < 0,001), dengan odds ratio sebesar 25,505. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa nyeri tidak hanya berpengaruh terhadap persepsi subjektif pasien, tetapi juga terhadap parameter fisiologis penting. Oleh karena itu, integrasi pemantauan nyeri dan status oksigenasi perlu diterapkan dalam manajemen pascaoperasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas perawatan dan pemulihan pasien.
